We’ll do our best to get your DOORBRELLA order off to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays, so any orders placed on these days will be sent out the next available business day. We use Fastway and AusPost for Australian shipping and their standard delivery times apply based on your location with dispatch from Sydney. If you require an urgent order, please contact our team and we will quote you an express shipping cost.

If you’re located within Australia, postage and handling is charged at $4.99 per item ordered.

If you’re in some other exciting place in the world, the rate will be changed at $40 per shipping. Please contact us for a customised quote.

Returns

We are all about making your life easier! We believe in our product and its ability to make you happier when dry. If you’re not completely satisfied with your original DOORBRELLA car window attachment, please contact our team at info@doorbrella.com.au and we will do everything possible to ensure that you’re happy. Even if that means a replacement or a refund.

Please note that all DOORBRELLA’s have a 12 month warranty period from date of purchase.
